Museum Front Desk Receptionist

This opportunity is for a volunteer with people skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. The Front Desk volunteer Reception Host should be comfortable greeting visitors, relaying information, and operating a register (training is available). There are weekday, evening, and weekend shifts available. This volunteer may be asked to stand for periods of time, welcoming visitors into the museum and directing them to specific galleries or exhibition spaces. It requires no heavy lifting. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
