    Description

    2NE General Surgical Ambassador
    1. HUC / CRN Interactions
      1. Able to request patient list from HUC or CRNs and identify patients:
      2. Identify who have dietary restriction or NPO (nothing by mouth)
      3. Identify who needs extra time for a friendly conversation
      4. Able to report to HUC/CRN for any concerns/issues
    2. Patient Interactions - able to perform patient interactions per shift such as:
      1. How to refill water pitcher
      2. Identify the different drinks/snacks unit and offer to patients
      3. Able to offer warm blankets/replenish blanket warmer
      4. Able to offer to play cards, coloring book, and puzzles
    • Specific Responsibilitiesable to perform specific responsibilities per shift:
      1. Patient Rounds
      2. Able to tidy room and wipe down table counter
      3. Able to check for clutter in the visitor waiting area, nurse station, staff lounge
      4. 8AM - 12PM : Replenish supplies in Patient’s Room
      5. 12PM - 4PM : Replenish supplies in Nourishment’s Room + Suction Kits + Offer Puzzle Book
      6. 4PM - 8PM: Replenish supplies in Staff’s Room + Admission Kits + Quietness/Healing Campaign
