📌 Job Description

We are looking for a creative Motion & Media Designer to produce high-quality visual content including video editing, motion graphics, animations, and photo-based design work. The ideal candidate is skilled in both static and dynamic visual creation and can turn ideas into engaging multimedia content.

This role focuses on combining creativity and technical design skills to support digital communication, storytelling, and visual branding.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🎥 Video Editing & Motion Design

• Create and edit video content for digital use
• Develop motion graphics and animations using tools like After Effects
• Produce engaging short-form and campaign videos

🖼️ Graphic Design & Photoshop Work

• Design and edit visuals using Photoshop or similar tools
• Create high-quality images and visual assets
• Enhance and retouch photos for digital content

🎨 Creative Content Production

• Transform ideas into visual storytelling content
• Design visuals aligned with branding and communication needs
• Adapt content for different digital platforms and formats

🧠 Collaboration & Creative Input

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling
• Work with marketing/communications teams on content needs
• Ensure consistency in visual style and quality

🧠 Required Skills

• Experience with Photoshop
• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro or similar tools)
• Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics/animation
• Strong visual storytelling and design sense
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

⭐ Nice to Have

• Photography or content creation experience
• Understanding of branding and social media formats
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
