Fashion lovers, teachers & out of the box thinkers

aZul - Fashion, Art & Design, is seeking creative and enthusiastic Volunteers/art facilitators to assist instruction to young adults on our sustainable fashion design projects. At aZul, we encourage creativity, up-cycling, independence, and confidence in each Creative (student with disabilities) through our innovative fashionAble and ArtAbilities program.

This is a volunteer position that can lead to a paid position in a near future if you fall in love with our mission.

The classes are run by our Founder or one of our team members. As an assistant, so you will be ask to connect with the team prior to the classes to get familiar with the program.

The ideal candidate needs to be:

• Responsible and friendly
• Love driven
• Flexible
• Open-minded to interact with students that might present unique conditions and behaviors.
• Be resourceful and creative when using up-cycled supplies
• Calm, yet fun to encourage students to accomplish their work.

Training will be provided to teach philosophy, process, and delivery of the FashionAble curriculum, as well as classroom management.

Although the curriculum is already set, your ideas and trends are welcome, we are a open mind team that embraces creativity and outside of the box thinking.
