    Description

    At Neighborhood Health Clinic, education is a vital part of comprehensive care. Our ESL classes help patients, hardworking adults in Collier County, build confidence communicating in English at work, at the doctor’s office, and in everyday life.

    Volunteers help teach practical English for common work and daily situations. We’re looking for friendly, thoughtful, and positive people who enjoy helping others grow. Being bilingual is not required.

    Schedule

    Two late-afternoon classes are offered, 5:00 – 6:30 PM ET, in person at the Clinic.

    Commitment

    Volunteers commit to a full 8-week session so students can learn with a consistent instructor from start to finish.
