    Description

Westchester American Heart Association is hosting a Go Red For Women Evening event at The Opus Westchester in White Plains on March 4th, 2026. Go Red For Women encourages awareness of the issue of women and heart disease, and also action to save more lives. The movement harnesses the energy, passion and power women have to band together and collectively wipe out heart disease. It challenges them to know their risk for heart disease and take action to reduce their personal risk. It also gives them the tools they need to lead a heart healthy life.

Together the women of Go Red can bring a voice to this silent killer to help SAVE LIVES. We can listen to what our hearts are telling us, talk to our doctors, and spread the word to our friends and community about making the right choices and taking action.

Go Red For Women needs you to SHATTER THE SILENCE by choosing to Speak Up ABOUT HEART DISEASE. Be part of the movement, make choices, speak up and spread the word. By sharing this commitment with Go Red For Women, together we can help save lives. Be a part of this extraordinary day.
