Forgiven Soles Ins is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on a Farm-Based Youth Reentry & Mentorship Initiative. A community-based program designed to support justice-involved youth transitioning from juvenile detention or residential placement back into their communities.
The program will serve youth ages 12–17 returning from secure placement or under probation supervision who have been identified as moderate to high risk of reoffending based on validated risk and needs assessment tools.
The initiative integrates individualized case management, mentoring relationships, vocational agricultural training, life-skills education, and family engagement to provide structured support during the reentry process.
The Farm Vocational Instructor supervises youth agricultural training activities. Responsibilities include vocational skill instruction, safety training and supervision, farm operations management, youth workforce skill development, supervising youth farm work training, and maintaining safety standards.
This position will become a paid position pending grant award.
