Content Writer

The Mission: You will help translate our five-year history and the current pilot's progress into a narrative of stewardship and learning.

• Location Requirement: Proximity to New York City preferred, but open to remote locations within the United States for the right candidate.
• Experience in blog or long form writing and human-centered storytelling.
• Prior experience writing about social issues, workforce development and/or personal issues is a plus.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Narrative Development: Produce newsletters and blog posts that normalize the struggle and focus on systemic support.
  • The "Foundations Series": Research and write 6-8 stories documenting our organizational evolution.
  • Fundraising Copy: Translate initiatives into narratives that feel like an "investment" rather than "charity".
• Commitment: 4 hours per week for 4 months.
