    Description

    We have several patients requesting volunteer visits in one location! Role is a 6 month commitment, with 2x/month visits, with opportunity to extend beyond if requested.

    All you need to join us is:

    • A caring heart
    • Good listening skills
    • The desire to connect and serve others

    As a friendly visitor you give the gift of you time to help the families with loved ones on hospice. By visiting you give joy and companionship to our patients and ease the mind of our often burdened families.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide visits to patients

    Training Process

    • We meet with the volunteer candidates
    • Flexible and interactive training
    • Follow up support for training and growth.

    Time Commitment

    • 2x/month with flexibility
    • All patients in one location, giving you many opportunities to share and connect
