    Volunteer Opportunity: Administrative Office Support

    At Holy Savior Hospice, our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families during life’s most tender moments. Behind every compassionate caregiver is a dedicated team keeping things organized, efficient, and running smoothly — and that’s where you come in.

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and caring volunteer to join our administrative office team. Your time and talent will help support our hospice staff so they can continue providing exceptional care and comfort to those we serve.

    Your Role

    As an Administrative Office Volunteer, you’ll assist with essential office duties, including:

    Organizing and filing documents

    Data entry and record keeping

    Preparing mailings and patient information packets

    Answering phones and greeting visitors

    Supporting the hospice team with day-to-day office tasks
