    Description

    Location: Remote

    Manage and grow our social media channels, craft engaging and aligned campaigns for event promotions, and help shape the digital voice of our brand. This role blends creativity, strategy, and consistency; ideal for someone who understands wellness culture and values thoughtful content over hype.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
    • Plan and run digital campaigns for events, workshops, and retreats.
    • Write and schedule calm, authentic content (posts, stories, reels, captions, etc.).
    • Collaborate with designers (e.g., Poster Designer) for aligned visuals.
    • Analyze and report on content performance and campaign impact.
    • Engage with the community thoughtfully—comments, DMs, shares.
    • Stay informed on mindful marketing trends and platform changes.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or conscious brands.
    • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and campaign tools (Meta Ads Manager, Buffer/Later/etc.).
    • Excellent writing skills with a mindful, human tone.
    • Experience creating and managing content calendars.
    • Data-informed but intuition-led approach to campaign planning.
    • Organized, consistent, and calm under pressure.
    • Familiarity with wellness, spiritual, or holistic spaces (e.g., yoga, energy work, conscious events).
    • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
    • Experience with Affiliate & newsletter marketing (GoHighLevel.).
    • Knowledge of community building and storytelling strategy.
