Camp Support Volunteer

The Camp Experience Volunteer plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment for students attending CAMP SOTA. This position supports the overall success of camp by assisting with daily operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for campers, instructors, and staff. Volunteers serve as ambassadors of the camp’s mission and contribute to a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general camp setup and takedown.
• Support the Camp Coordinator with administrative and logistical tasks.
• Provide assistance during classes and activities as needed.
• Help with the distribution of meals, snacks, and supplies.
• Ensure camp spaces remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Support student engagement under the guidance of camp leadership.
• Help manage transitions between activities throughout the day.
• Offer hospitality and directional assistance to students, families, and guests.
• Uphold camp policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Represent CAMP SOTA with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
