    2026 Autism Speaks Long Island Empower Walk + 5K

    The Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run is an uplifting celebration of community and progress, combining the spirit of the traditional Walk with the energy of a 5K run!

    The 2026 Autism Speaks Long Island Empower Walk & 5K will be held on October 11,2026 at Jones Beach Field 5. We need lots of volunteers to make the event successful and fun for all!

    • *Volunteers under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult**

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The Empower Walk & 5K is a RAIN or SHINE event, so please plan and dress for the weather.
