At AccentCare Hospice of Connecticut, our volunteers bring comfort, dignity, and connection to patients and families facing the end of life. While many volunteers work directly with patients, this unique opportunity allows volunteers to provide support to caregivers and patients alike. The Circle of Care volunteer makes weekly check-in calls to all our patients who are at home. The volunteer ensures that both the patient and caregiver are comfortable, have the medications and supplies they need, and that they are well-supported.
If you are compassionate, professional, and enjoy helping others as part of a compassionate mission-driven team, this role might be for you!
