    Description

Child Care/Courageous Kids Program for single moms leaving homelessness

We are looking for volunteers who have a heart for children. Every second Saturday from 10 am to noon, and every Monday from 6:00pm-7:30pm, we are in need of older teens & adults to come alongside kids who've walked a hard road while their mothers are in mentorship meetings. The maximum number of kids the volunteers would be interacting with at one time is four. Volunteers are provided with everything they'll need and will help serve dinner, play, and do crafts/games! FLS families lives in residential community on our beautiful 2 acres in Ivywild as they build new futures after leaving behind domestic violence and homelessness. Jen Blazis, Volunteer Coordinator, will reach out to you upon your Volunteer Match submission. Thank you!
