Description
- Volunteers would help ensure that the check-in area is prepped for the Basketball Tournament, setting up tables, organizing paperwork, setting up swag and tablecloths, posting up signage as well as putting up any chairs in the gym
- Volunteers would help ensure that check in runs smoothly, assisting with getting swag to the Participants and Fans, making sure forms are signed, and the tables stay neat and organized.
- Volunteers would assist with the Basketball Games as needed, providing drinks and snacks to players and fans, getting fans involved, ensuring the day runs smoothly.
- Volunteers would assist with cleaning up check-in area, prepping swag to be moved to the Agency, taking down signage and tablecloths, and gathering food and drinks to disseminate.
- Volunteers would assist with gathering the ceremonial swag for the players.
