    Description

    Massage Therapist

Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking kind and caring licensed massage therapists to provide extremely light touch massage to hospice patients.

We are looking for massage therapist volunteers to make visits to our patients in and around San Antonio, to provide relaxation and pain relief through massage. There is no need to bring a massage table-the patient is in a hospital bed or chair and fully clothed. You must be a licensed massage therapist in the State of Texas. A free mandatory comprehensive hospice volunteer training is provided to you.

This opportunity also applies to our staff! If you would like to give back to the amazing nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains who deliver this care we can set up a massage clinic for our staff.

If you are interested in providing this tender touch to our patients, and being part of their life's last journey, please inquire to learn more about this flexible and rewarding opportunity.
