Crowdfunding Coordinator (Volunteer) – Key Responsibilities
🔹 Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Design and plan crowdfunding campaigns (GlobalGiving, Milaap, Ketto, etc.)
- Define fundraising goals, timelines, and target audiences
- Align campaigns with VOICE Trust’s mission (environment, agriculture, PWD inclusion)
🔹 Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop compelling campaign stories, impact narratives, and beneficiary profiles
- Write donor appeals, updates, and thank-you messages
- Coordinate photos, videos, and testimonials for campaigns
🔹 Platform Management
- Create and manage crowdfunding pages
- Upload content, track performance, and optimize listings
- Ensure campaigns follow platform guidelines and best practices
🔹 Digital Promotion
- Promote campaigns via social media, email, and WhatsApp outreach
- Collaborate with the team to run online fundraising drives
- Engage with online communities and donor networks
🔹 Donor Engagement
- Respond to donor queries and comments
- Send timely updates and appreciation messages
- Build relationships for repeat donations
🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics (donations, reach, engagement)
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
🔹 Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with program teams to gather real impact data
- Coordinate with designers/volunteers for creatives
- Support special fundraising events or giving days
✅ Ideal Volunteer Profile
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, or communications
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms (preferred)
- Passion for social impact and community development
⏱️ Commitment
- 5–10 hours per week (flexible)
- Minimum 1–3 months preferred
🌱 Impact
- Help raise funds for environment restoration, farmers, children, and persons with disabilities
- Directly contribute to scaling VOICE Trust’s programs across Tamil Nadu
