    Description

This is not a traditional volunteer position. I'm seeking a true founding partner-- someone that wants to build N.A.R.C. Angel from the ground up. This is an unpaid partnership, at the early stage, with room for shared leadership and future compensation as the organization grows.

This is a true, deeply personal founding partnership. The founder ( a fierce advocate ) is searching for a committed partner to join on building N.A.R.C. Angel, Inc. Our mission is critical to break silence around narcissistic abuse and coercive Control and build real, tangible community support for survivors. If you are ready to help launch this grassroots movement and co-create our core strategy, outreach and operational structure, this role offers meaningful influence and emotional fulfillment from day one.

    Key responsibilities

Work with the founder to design and launch our initial outreach strategy and forge connections with local service providers and community partners.

Help design and implement the foundational program for recruiting, welcoming and supporting our first cohort of N.A.R.C. Angel volunteers.

Organize and lead early engagement and educational events to shine a light on the pub;ic health CRISIS of abuse.

Lay the practical groundwork by establishing simple, effective systems for communication, data tracking, and growing our public support network.

    Qualifications/ Core Commitment

    Mission commitment:

Reliable, compassionate, and intensely passionate about our cause and committed to long -term vision of N.A.R.C. Angel.

    Skills

Strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and comfort with basic online tools are essential. Nonprofit experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn and lead is what truly matters.

    Time commitment:

A flexible, sustained commitment of 5 to 12 hours per week is expected. ( Note: initial launch phases may require slightly more hours based on mutual availability as we establish systems. )

    Values:

Absolute dedication to a survivor-centered approach, confidentiality, and compassionate advocacy. This role is open to both survivors and dedicated, mission-aligned allies.
