    Community Development Data & Research Fellow (Volunteer/Internship)

    Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)

    Time Commitment: 15–30 Hours Per Week

    About the Opportunity

    Little Haiti BK is seeking students and emerging professionals interested in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Urban Planning, Public Administration, GIS, Business Analytics, and Community Development to support a neighborhood economic development initiative in Brooklyn.

    This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience working on community research, data management, property and business outreach, and neighborhood development projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and verify property and business information
    • Assist with data collection and analysis
    • Maintain outreach and survey tracking databases
    • Support community engagement and outreach efforts
    • Help develop reports, maps, and presentations
    • Attend community meetings and events
