Photographer Needed

Volunteer Photographer

We're seeking a creative and dependable Volunteer Photographer to help capture the memorable moments of our event. Your photos will help showcase the impact of our work, celebrate our volunteers and attendees, and support future outreach and promotional efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Photograph key moments throughout the event, including activities, speakers, volunteers, and attendees
• Capture candid and posed photos that reflect the energy and spirit of the event
• Take high-quality images of event setup, décor, and special highlights
• Work with event staff to ensure important moments are documented
• Respect attendees' privacy and follow any event photography guidelines
• Upload or share edited or unedited digital photos with the event organizer after the event, as agreed

We're looking for volunteers who are:

• Passionate about photography and storytelling
• Comfortable using their own camera and photography equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional when interacting with attendees
• Able to move throughout the event to capture a variety of moments
• Experienced in event photography (preferred but not required)
