    Description

Repurpose is a nonprofit transforming excess into opportunity—using circular fashion as a vehicle to power workforce development for the next generation of creative leaders. Through the RENEW Fellowship, we equip young people (ages 16–24) with the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to thrive in fashion and adjacent industries.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented volunteer to help bring our curriculum to life through engaging, digital learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in translating our workforce development content into dynamic, accessible courses using Vyond, and supporting implementation into our LMS, 360Learning.

This is an opportunity to directly shape how young people experience and engage with our program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce short-form, animated training modules using Vyond
    • Translate existing curriculum (job readiness, professional skills, fashion industry insights) into engaging digital lessons
    • Upload and structure courses within 360Learning
    • Collaborate with our team to refine content flow, tone, and learner experience
    • Ensure courses are clear, accessible, and aligned with workforce readiness goals

    Who You Are

    • Experience with Vyond, instructional design, or e-learning content creation
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with 360Learning is a plus)
    • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
    • Organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines
    • Passionate about education, workforce development, and/or fashion

    What You’ll Gain

    • Hands-on experience building curriculum for a growing nonprofit with national ambitions
    • A portfolio of real-world e-learning content
    • The opportunity to shape a program that directly impacts young people’s career trajectories
    • A close working relationship with a mission-driven, entrepreneurial team
