    Description

    The Knowledge and AI for All (KAIA) Network is the world’s first collaboration platform purpose-built to connect social scientists, AI and machine learning experts, practitioners, funders, and mission-driven organizations around a shared goal: directing the power of technology and computational science toward social impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect Research & Identification: Identify, research, and qualify potential donors, grants, and funding opportunities aligned with KAIA Network's mission
    • Grant Writing & Management: Draft and submit grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors; track deadlines and manage grant reporting requirements
    • Donor Cultivation: Support relationship-building with current and prospective donors through correspondence, thank-you communications, and engagement activities
    • Database Management: Maintain and organize donor information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and giving history
    • Donor Communications: Create compelling copy for newsletters, impact reports, and fundraising appeals that tell KAIA Network's story

    Ideal Candidate

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Experience with donor relations, grant writing, or fundraising (or strong willingness to learn)
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Passionate about KAIA Network's mission
