    • Collaborate closely with the COO, Finance Department, Academy Director, and program staff to gather data, stories, and budget information needed for proposals.
    • Manage the full grant lifecycle, including tracking deadlines, maintaining a grant calendar, and ensuring timely submissions.
    • Prepare and submit all required grant reports, progress updates, and final reports to funders.
    • Maintain accurate records of all grant activities in our CRM and shared systems.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with current and potential funders through professional communication and stewardship.
    • Stay current on grantmaking trends, best practices, and changes in nonprofit funding landscapes.
    • Support the development of annual grant goals and funding strategies in alignment with organizational priorities.

    • Strong track record of successfully securing grants (please include grant wins and total funding secured in your application).
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex program information into compelling narratives.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
    • Experience working with 501(c)(3) organizations and knowledge of nonprofit compliance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and grant management tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines.
    • Passion for talent development, education equity, and supporting the next generation of professionals.
