    We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our affiliate marketing program. This individual will oversee our network of more than 1,000 affiliates through Awin while developing new partnerships and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that expand our reach and drive measurable growth.

    MatchingDonors.com welcomes volunteers for many of its opportunities, including individuals with F-1 status participating in Optional Practical Training (OPT), where applicable.

    The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs that deliver exceptional performance and measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the day-to-day management of MatchingDonors.com's affiliate marketing program.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop new high-quality affiliate partners.
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with our existing network of more than 1,000 affiliates through Awin.
    • Develop creative campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs that increase affiliate engagement and performance.
    • Identify and recruit new affiliate opportunities, including publishers, influencers, bloggers, media partners, and strategic organizations.
    • Analyze affiliate performance using key metrics such as traffic, conversions, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and lifetime value (LTV).
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor programs, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and technology teams to create high-converting promotional materials.
    • Optimize commission structures, promotional strategies, and affiliate communications based on performance data.
    • Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable advertising regulations.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
    • Continuously test new marketing channels, creative approaches, and growth initiatives to improve affiliate performance and expand the program.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3-5+ years of experience successfully managing affiliate marketing programs.
    • Demonstrated success growing affiliate revenue and managing high-performing affiliate relationships.
    • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ Affiliate, Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, or similar networks.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
    • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing affiliate programs generating six- or seven-figure annual revenue.
    • Experience working for healthcare, nonprofit, membership, marketplace, or mission-driven organizations.
    • Experience negotiating affiliate agreements and strategic partnerships.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and attribution modeling.

    • Improve conversion rates and overall affiliate program performance.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
    • Develop innovative strategies that help more patients connect with potential living organ donors.
