Development and Sponsorship Lead

The Younger Legacy Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building education, family stability, and community wealth from Garfield Heights, Ohio, with partners and volunteers serving across the United States and worldwide online.

Companies across Northeast Ohio want their names attached to work that visibly changes families' lives. Our development lead builds those partnerships: sponsorships for Beloved Community Care Day and the care package seasons, program underwriting, and in kind alliances that stretch every currency unit. You research prospects, prepare tailored approaches with our team, and carry relationships with warmth and follow through.

Requirements: business development, fundraising, or relationship sales experience; a network in Northeast Ohio business is a strong plus; presentation at the standard our partners expect from the first email.
