The Director of Bible Study serves as the primary teacher for Sisters in Christ’s weekly Bible study content on our YouTube channel. This leader provides clear, biblically sound teaching, supports the spiritual growth of women across the ministry, and works under the leadership of the Chief Spiritual Formation Officer to ensure doctrinal alignment and spiritual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach weekly Bible study lessons for our YouTube channel with clarity, depth, and biblical accuracy.
• Prepare outlines, scriptures, and study materials for each session.
• Support the spiritual formation mission by reinforcing ministry doctrine and culture.
• Engage viewers with practical application, encouragement, and sound teaching.
• Collaborate with the CSFO to ensure all teachings align with ministry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to Bible study volunteers, moderators, and prayer partners.
• Assist with special teachings, seasonal series, and ministry-wide spiritual initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ordained minister/pastor or degree in Divinity, Theology, Ministry, Biblical Studies, or Christian Leadership.
• Strong biblical foundation and ability to teach Scripture accurately.
• Experience leading Bible studies, teaching, or discipling women.
• Strong communication and digital teaching presence.
• Demonstrates integrity, emotional maturity, and a consistent prayer life.
