    Remote | Volunteer | 20–25 Hours Weekly

    About LoopRoots Foundation

    LoopRoots Foundation is a growing nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted individuals and families through transportation assistance, housing stabilization, workforce development, food access, wellness support, and community-based services.

    Position Overview

    The Community Partnerships Coordinator will help establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, shelters, community groups, healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, and referral partners that align with the mission of LoopRoots Foundation.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain community partnerships
    • Conduct outreach to nonprofit and community organizations
    • Assist with referral network development
    • Coordinate partnership meetings and follow-up communications
    • Identify collaborative opportunities and community resources
    • Support community engagement initiatives

    Future Employment Opportunity

    Outstanding volunteers may be considered for transition into paid employment beginning as early as October 2026 based on organizational growth, funding availability, performance, and organizational needs. Full-time positions may include benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and advancement opportunities.
