Seattle's First Taiwanese Music Festival is Here! 🇹🇼
We're bringing together music, food, art, and community to celebrate Taiwanese culture in the heart of Redmond—and we'd love for you to be part of it!
Whether you're passionate about live events, looking to gain hands-on experience, meet new people, or earn verified community service hours, this is your chance to help make Seattle's first Taiwanese music festival an unforgettable experience.

🕒 Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Volunteer shifts may begin earlier and end later depending on the assigned role.)
📍 Location: Redmond Downtown Park, Redmond, WA
Volunteer Opportunities
We're currently recruiting volunteers for the following teams:
- Guest Services / Registration Team
- Stage Operations Team
- Vendor Support Team
- Sponsor Relations Team
- Merchandise & Giveaway Team
- Logistics & Supplies Team
- Floaters / Event Operations Team
- Photography Team
- Social Media & Content Team
Volunteer Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by team but may include:
- Welcoming and assisting festival guests
- Supporting artists, performers, and stage operations
- Assisting food vendors and exhibitors
- Helping sponsor booths throughout the event
- Managing merchandise sales and prize giveaways
- Preparing and distributing event supplies
- Monitoring event areas and providing general assistance
- Capturing photos and festival highlights
- Creating real-time social media content and event coverage
- Helping ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable festival experience for everyone
Qualifications
We're looking for volunteers who are:
- Friendly, responsible, and dependable
- Passionate about music, arts, and cultural events
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Able to communicate and work well in a team
- Willing to follow event guidelines and instructions
- At least 16 years old (parent/guardian consent required for volunteers under 18)
- No previous volunteer or event experience required—we'll provide training before the event!

The park is located in the heart of Downtown Redmond, just minutes from SR-520 and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and public transit.
- đźš— Driving: Public parking is available in nearby downtown parking garages and street parking (subject to availability).
- 🚍 Public Transit: Easily accessible via King County Metro and Sound Transit bus routes.
- 🚲 Biking: Bike racks are available around the park.
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled volunteer shift to allow time for parking and check-in.
