    The Mission

At the JakeyMac Foundation, we are building a next-generation ecosystem for teens and teen moms—combining gamified, practical education products with an authentic, empowering streetwear lifestyle brand.

We do not run sterile, institutional non-profit campaigns, and we never use patronizing charity messaging. Teens and young mothers spot pity from a mile away. We are looking for an exceptional Brand Architect & Direct Response Strategist to synchronize an unforgettable brand identity across our physical apparel lines and digital learning tools—rooted in conversion science, emotional resonance, and unapologetic direct-response persuasion.

    Who We Are Looking For

You believe branding without response is vanity, and direct response without strong brand positioning is short-sighted. You sit at the exact intersection of Joanna Wiebe’s conversion architecture and Dan Kennedy’s direct-response ruthlessness.

    • The Dan Kennedy Direct-Response Edge: You treat brand equity as an asset that must trigger immediate, measurable behavior. You understand Kennedy’s core doctrines: the "Message-to-Market Match," crafting irresistible and category-defining Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), writing with bold personality and polarizing conviction, and refusing to rely on "general image advertising."
    • The Joanna Wiebe Conversion Science: You don't guess what your audience wants—you mine it directly from Voice-of-Customer (VOC) data. You use Wiebe’s conversion copywriting frameworks to build laser-focused message hierarchies, write to the specific awareness and sophistication levels of teen moms and adolescents, and craft copy that reflects raw human truth.
    • The Cultural & Streetwear Instinct: You understand how iconic lifestyle brands build cult like tribe loyalty, and badge value. You know how to make apparel that teens and young mothers wear because it signals power, resilience, and style—never a label of circumstance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Synchronized Brand & Direct-Response Architecture: Unite the visual voice, core positioning, and customer journey across JakeyMac’s educational products and branded apparel line.
    • Dan Kennedy-Grade Value Propositions & Offers: Engineer magnetic, distinctive USPs and compelling offers that cut through noisy digital channels and force both users (teens/moms) and supporters to pay attention.
    • Voice-of-Customer (VOC) Message Mining: Apply Joanna Wiebe’s methodology to extract unfiltered voice data from teen communities, unearthing the authentic language, frustrations, and aspirations that drive engagement.
    • Streetwear & Lifestyle Concept Positioning: Guide the naming, aesthetic messaging, and brand narrative for apparel drops so that every piece feels like premium culture and community membership, not a charity handout.
    • High-Conversion Launch Assets: Draft and refine multi-channel copy—including product drop landing pages, direct mail/donor cases, email automation sequences, and gamified app onboarding copy—built to compel action.
    • Executive Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder to safeguard brand integrity while aggressively scaling outreach and earned revenue channels.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in brand strategy, direct-to-consumer (DTC) lifestyle marketing, or direct-response copywriting.
    • Fluent in the foundational playbooks of Dan Kennedy (direct response, irresistible offers, persona-driven copy) and Joanna Wiebe (conversion copywriting, VOC research, message hierarchy).
    • Deep appreciation for youth culture, streetwear aesthetics, and empowering, non-condescending messaging for young parents.
    • High agency, zero reliance on corporate jargon, and an obsession with measurable engagement over superficial brand impressions.
    • Authentic passion for youth independence, practical real-world education, and generational impact.

    Why This Seat Matters

    • Zero Red Tape: You collaborate directly with leadership. Great ideas are approved, tested, and shipped without bureaucratic committee delays.
    • Cultural Impact: Help rewrite the narrative around young mothers and youth, replacing outdated stigma with independence, authentic style, and practical capability.
    • Flexible Commitment: 5 to 8 focused hours per week, tailored to your professional schedule.

    How to Apply

Skip the corporate cover letter. Send a brief note answering:

    1. Why you are passionate about this initiative and youth led foundation.
    2. How would you balance Joanna Wiebe / Dan Kennedy’s aggressive direct-response persuasion with the nuance required to authentically speak to teen moms?
