Description
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee BluShues' international programmes and volunteer activities.
- Develop strategies for expanding the ministry into new countries and regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners, churches, ministries, and volunteers.
- Coordinate international projects to ensure they align with the organisation's mission and strategic goals.
- Supervise Regional Coordinators and provide leadership and support.
- Monitor the progress of international initiatives and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across international operations.
- Identify opportunities for international partnerships, outreach, and ministry growth.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulations across regions.
- Promote unity, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity throughout international operations.
Person Specification:
- Passionate about BluShues' mission and global Christian outreach.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
- Organised with the ability to coordinate multiple international projects.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Able to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and servant leadership.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in International Relations, Project Management, Business Administration, Ministry, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience managing international projects or teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of cross cultural communication and international collaboration.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with volunteers is an advantage.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and ministry development.
