    Description

    Veteran to Veteran Volunteer

    As part of our We Honor Vets Program partnership we are looking for caring and compassionate Veteran volunteers to make visits to our Veteran patients. The goal is to reminisce with hospice patients, engage in conversation and provide companionship and socialization for our Sanctuary Hospice patients across the Rockford, IL area at Assisted Living, Nursing Facilities and Patient Homes.
