    Description

    Gardening with CityLink Center

Become a Gardening Volunteer at CityLink Center.

CityLink Center is where individuals go to one place, get surrounded by one team, create a plan to break free from poverty and get to a place of self-sustainability and hope.

The CityLink Learning Garden is entirely run by CityLink volunteers and clients, and provides produce and herbs for the clients at CityLink Center. Specifically, the clients in their culinary training program have the opportunity to learn how to grow the produce and herbs by tending to the garden and harvesting each week during their training. They are then able to use the items harvested in the kitchen during their training. Additional produce that is harvested is shared with CityLink clients at large so they can take it home and share it with their families.
