    Description

    Center of Concern (CoC) is a non-profit organization working to reduce poverty, promote education, empower youth and women, and strengthen communities in southern Ethiopia. We welcome international and local volunteers who want to contribute their time, skills, and compassion to make a real difference.

    Provide basic health education, first aid support, and assist with community health awareness initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer basic counselling and emotional support to affected individuals.
    • Conduct workshops on trauma awareness and personal wellbeing.
    • Support staff with case documentation and referrals.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Psychology, or Diploma , Counselling, or Social Work.
    • Experience in trauma or GBV counselling preferred.
    • Emotional maturity, empathy, and confidentiality are essential.
