Do you love animals and nature? Do you want to make a difference in the world? Do you have a passion for ikigai, the Japanese concept of finding your purpose in life?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you might be the perfect fit for Camp ikigai Animal Sanctuary 501c3, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating farm animals in need.

In exchange, you will receive a free RV drydock site (no hookups), access to fresh produce (once the communal garden is in) from our organic garden food forest, and the opportunity to interact with our amazing animals and supporters.
You will also get to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Sierra Nevada foothills, where you can hike, bike, kayak, or just relax and soak in the views. Camp ikigai is located near SEKI Sequoia Kings Canyon National Parks in Fresno County, California, where you can find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options!
We are looking for workcampers who can commit to a minimum of 3 months. You will be expected to work 20 hours per week, with flexible schedules and days off. You must have your own RV, Van, Skoolie, Tent etc. and follow our rules and policies for the property.
