    Description

Volunteer 5-10 hrs. per week. Flexible Hours, remote. About iPub Cloud International, a 501(c)3 non-profit publishing organization: Our mission is to elevate stories and ideas that build bridges between communities, cultures, generations, and perspectives through books, children’s literature, fiction, nonfiction, memoir, and educational works.

Help us to coordinate the activities of our non-profit book marketing "engine-room." Unlike traditional creative roles, this position focuses on the technical and administrative backbone of our outreach: data integrity, CRM management, campaign scheduling, and performance reporting.

We need a volunteer who loves systems, thrives on organization, and can translate raw data into actionable insights to help our nonprofit publishing house grow.

      • Marketing Operations: Manage the backend of our marketing tech stack, ensuring CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) workflows and automation sequences are running correctly.
      • Data & Analytics: Collect and organize sales data, website metrics, and campaign KPIs into clear reports for leadership.
      • Campaign Administration: Coordinate the logistics of integrated campaigns—scheduling deployments, managing contact lists, and ensuring all technical elements are in place.
      • Market Research: Conduct administrative research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and keyword data to support strategic decision-making.
      • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current marketing workflows and implement administrative solutions to improve efficiency.

    Key Skills & Tools

      • Data Management: Experience with data entry, cleanup, and basic analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
      • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho), marketing automation tools, and web backends.
      • Digital Support: Understanding the mechanics of SEO/SEM and Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) from a technical perspective.
      • Project Coordination: Experience with tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to track marketing tasks.
