    Commitment Details:
    Volunteer 4 hours/week minimum. We have classes Mon. thru Thurs. evenings (spring/summer/fall), as well as Tues./Thurs. early afternoon (spring/fall). We have some winter programming also.

    Other Requirements:
    Must be age 14+. Adults 18+ must submit to a background check. Attend volunteer orientation and side walker training annually. Additional training (provided by HRET) is required to be a horse leader, herd care or barn worker, by invitation only.

    Description

    If you like children and Horses, this opportunity has your name on it!

    We will train you how to assist the children and participants that are mounted on horseback during their Equine assisted Therapeutic riding lessons.

    We asked for a minimum of a four hour per week time Donation.

    Our next training is Wednesday, March 18 at 6:00 pm.
