UX/UI Designer – Figma & Design Systems

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is comfortable working in Figma and can help create, improve, and maintain user-friendly designs for web applications.

Responsibilities

• • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Design new screens and user flows based on project requirements.
  • Work with an existing design system, including reusable components, typography, colors, spacing, and other design standards.
  • Review and modify existing wireframes and designs to improve usability, consistency, and overall user experience.
  • Create and maintain reusable Figma components while following established design-system guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to clearly communicate designs, interactions, and expected behavior.
  • Support developers during implementation and answer design-related questions.
  • Review implemented screens and work with developers to make sure the final product matches the approved designs.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and translate them into practical user experiences.
  • Maintain consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile designs where applicable.

Requirements

• • Hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Experience creating wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
  • Experience working with or contributing to a design system/component library.
  • Ability to work with existing designs and improve or extend them rather than always designing from scratch.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with frontend developers and other technical team members.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Nice to Have

• • Experience designing responsive web applications.
  • Understanding of basic frontend concepts and how designs translate into development.
  • Experience with Figma Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
  • Experience conducting usability reviews or suggesting improvements based on user experience best practices.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the design process while also working closely with the development team to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and successfully implemented.
