Community Education Volunteer

Community Education Volunteers support our Community Education Coordinator in running on-site and off-site outreach events. You’ll help bring Karma Cat to life in the community and help more people learn about cat welfare and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Help staff community events such as tabling, community presentations, scout and youth group visits, and corporate volunteer days
• Represent Karma Cat using our approved materials and talking points
• Support event logistics, including setup, materials, and follow-up
• Capture photos, stories, and feedback to share with our Marketing team
• Pass along ideas for improving or expanding our outreach

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who loves cats (this one’s a must!)
• Personable, professional, and upbeat, and comfortable chatting with the public
• Reliable, organized, and a good team player
• Based in or near Milltown, NJ
• Experience with cats is preferred
