We are seeking a creative and dependable volunteer to help grow and maintain our Substack publication and online presence.

Responsibilities

• • Upload and format articles from IFGT monthly newsletters into Substack
  • Maintain consistent formatting, readability, and presentation of posts
  • Create and publish Substack Notes to encourage engagement and visibility
  • Assist in promoting IFGT events, programs, and announcements through Substack
  • Coordinate publication schedules with IFGT leadership
  • Help maintain a consistent voice and tone aligned with IFGT values
  • Recommend ideas to help grow readership and subscriber engagement
  • Assist with organizing publication categories, tags, and archives
  • Monitor basic Substack analytics and audience engagement trends

Desired Skills & Qualities

• • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with online publishing platforms and social media
  • Familiarity with Substack preferred (but not required)
  • Interest in consciousness studies, personal transformation, spirituality, or wisdom teachings
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently
  • Basic graphic or image formatting skills are a plus
  • Creative thinker with an interest in community engagement
