    Step Up to the Plate as a Volunteer Tour Guide!

    Love baseball? Passionate about St. Louis history?

    Join our team of volunteer tour guides for St. Louis at Bat: 100 Moments in Baseball History and help visitors explore the stories, legends, and unforgettable moments that shaped baseball in St. Louis.

    Training & Time Commitment

    July–September 2026: Training Period

    Volunteer guides will complete:

    • New volunteer orientation (2 hours)
    • Interpreter training module (1.5 hours)
    • Shadowing shifts (10–15 hours)
    • Independent exhibit research and content review (as needed)

    October 2026—September 2027: Tour Time!

    St. Louis at Bat: 100 Moments in Baseball History will run from October 3, 2026, through September 25, 2027.

    Tour guides should be consistently available for the majority of the exhibition’s run. Most tours take place during museum operating hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

    Weekend availability is especially desired.
