The Managing Director oversees the organization's day-to-day operations and helps implement the strategic vision established by the Board of Directors and executive leadership. This role coordinates organizational initiatives, supervises operational activities, and ensures programs, volunteers, and administrative functions are working effectively to advance NVO's mission.
