Respect MO Voters is seeking Regional Volunteer Experience Coordinators to help volunteers feel welcomed, connected, appreciated, and supported throughout their time with the campaign.
Regional Volunteer Experience Coordinators help strengthen volunteer engagement by supporting onboarding, recognition, retention, and community-building efforts within their region. They work closely with department leaders to ensure volunteers have a positive experience and clear pathways to stay involved.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and connect with new volunteers in the region
- Support volunteer onboarding and placement efforts
- Help recognize volunteer contributions and achievements
- Organize local volunteer appreciation and engagement activities
- Identify volunteers who may need additional support or encouragement
- Coordinate with statewide Volunteer Experience leaders on regional needs and opportunities

- Comfortable building relationships and connecting volunteers
- Passionate about creating a positive volunteer experience
- No prior volunteer management experience is required. Training, resources, and support will be provided.
