Marketing & Social Media Volunteer

accesSOS builds free tools that let people reach 911 when they can't make a voice call — whether they're deaf or hard of hearing, in a situation where speaking isn't safe, or facing a language barrier. We're a small nonprofit, and we're looking for volunteers who want to help more people discover what we're building.

This is a great fit if you're active on social media, love engaging with a community and growing it, and want to help promote both our app and our mission. Whether you're looking to gain experience or you're a seasoned marketer who wants to give back, we'd love to hear from you.

What you might help with

• Posting and engaging across our social channels — sparking conversation, not just broadcasting
• Growing and nurturing our online community
• Promoting the app and our mission to new audiences
• PR and press outreach
• Building partnerships with aligned organizations
• Other channels and ideas you're excited to bring

You won't necessarily do all of these — tell us what interests you most, and we'll find the right fit.

What we're looking for

• Dedicated, reliable, and organized — you follow through on what you take on
• Genuinely interested in our mission
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience is welcome but not required — enthusiasm and consistency matter most
