HI LA Santa Monica Hostel is Seeking a Malibu Day Trip Volunteer!

HI Santa Monica is looking for a volunteer to lead a monthly day trip to Malibu! Take hostel guests from Downtown Santa Monica to Malibu by bus and help them experience one of the most beautiful coastal communities in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves exploring LA, meeting international travelers, and sharing local knowledge.

The day trip will take place approximately once a month and will be a full-day commitment. The volunteer will meet guests at the hostel, travel with the group by public bus to Malibu, help guests navigate the area, and facilitate a fun and welcoming experience throughout the day. Ideally, we are looking for volunteers who can assist once a month on a recurring basis.

PURPOSE/DEFINITION and HI USA MISSION

HI USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit education association. Our purpose is to "inspire a deeper understanding of people, places and cultures for a more tolerant world." As a non-profit, the revenues we receive through overnight stays and memberships are reinvested in mission delivery.
