    • Create compelling character backstories and voice profiles.
    • Work closely with narrative designers and quest designers to support plot development.
    • Ensure tone, voice, and lore consistency across all written content.
    • Participate in brainstorming and storyboarding sessions with the creative team.
    • Provide writing support for marketing or transmedia content if needed.
    • Edit and revise scripts, quests, and dialogue for clarity, tone, and consistency.
    • Ensure story arcs are coherent and emotionally resonant.
    • Maintain a narrative style guide and story bible.
    • Provide feedback to writers and narrative designers on structure and storytelling techniques.
    • Track plot continuity and flag inconsistencies across content.
    • Help schedule and manage deadlines for writing milestones.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Understanding of game design principles and narrative mechanics.
    • Experience with scripting tools (e.g., Twine, Ink, Articy Draft).
    • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Game Design, Literature, or related field preferred.
    • Exceptional creative writing and editing skills.
    • Experience in screenwriting or narrative for games, TV, or film.
    • Ability to adapt writing to suit different tones and character voices.
    • Understanding of interactive storytelling and branching dialogue.
    • Familiarity with narrative tools or game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
    • Excellent editing, proofreading, and narrative structuring skills.
    • Background in creative writing, script editing, or story development.
    • Strong eye for pacing, character arcs, and emotional beats.
    • Familiarity with interactive storytelling and branching narratives.
