    Description

    Community Programming Associate

    Help us hold the space.

    Liminal will run on facilitated real conversations. We need

    someone trained to hold that container - and with the

    project instincts to help it scale.

    WHAT YOU'RE DOING

    + Co-facilitating Liminal events for ages 14-18 and

    18-22 in Boston

    + Collaborating with clinical advisor on facilitation

    design

    + Contributing to event structure, flow, and project

    planning

    + Supporting programming as the series scales

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING OUT FOR

    + MSW student or direct community practice

    experience

    + You can hold space for young adults without making the environment feel awkward or uncomfortable

    + Organized — you follow through on logistics

    + Youth or neurodivergent populations experience is a

    plus

    GOOD FIT IF

    + Looking for hands on real-life career progression experience

    + Non-clinical community work is a comfortable setting for you to work in

    + You take young people seriously without talking to them from points of perceived superiority or condescension.
