FIRST Robotics is a program teaching students how to build robots, develop teamwork skills, and foster gracious professionalism. We are seeking volunteers to help host our event and develop the next generation of leaders in STEM.
We have roles that need some technical background as well as many that are completely non-technical. Positions are available to high school students, adults, corporate teams, and community groups.
To register as a volunteer, first review the available volunteering positions: https://www.norcalfll.org/volunteer-roles/
After that, here are instructions to register:
Contact FLL@PlayingAtLearning.org if you have questions about volunteering at our events.
For those who are interested in attending the event but not volunteering, you may join to watch the event take place as an audience member. We are free and open to the public.
However, our events are competitions for children who must be on a team in order to compete. Watching does not include hands-on activities to play with Legos, compete, or build a robot.
It takes a village to run a great Festival — and we’d love for you to be part of it.
This event is free to attend, and volunteers play a critical role in creating a welcoming, inspiring experience for our teams.
