Clinical Lead: Prenatal Science & Garbha Sanskar (Volunteer)
About the Opportunity
Vandanam is building a global movement to redefine human development, starting from the "Zero-Point": the womb. We are moving toward the physical manifestation of the Guru Vandanam campus—a sacred ecosystem where ancient wisdom and modern science converge.
We are seeking a Clinical Lead to serve as a volunteer Council Guardian. This is a high-impact leadership role for a medical visionary who believes that the health of future generations is determined before birth. You will be responsible for converting timeless Ayurvedic prenatal wisdom into a scientifically rigorous clinical protocol that will be practiced on our physical campus.
The Mission
Your primary focus is the Garbha Sanskar Research & Development mandate. You will work in tandem with the Knowledge Architect (Director of Research) to prove that Vedic prenatal care is the ultimate "Epigenetic Tool."
- Immediate Goal: Provide the clinical data and procedural clarity for our high-impact research papers (Deadline: Feb 20).
- Long-term Goal: Design the 9-Month Residential Prenatal Curriculum for the Guru Vandanam campus, covering Beeja Sanskar (Pre-conception) to Garbhini Paricharya (Prenatal care).
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Protocol Design: Translate original Sanskrit texts (specifically Charaka Samhita Sharira Sthana and Kashyapa Samhita) into evidence-based medical modules.
- Epigenetic Synthesis: Correlate Ayurvedic concepts like Garbha Shadbhava (fetal determinants) with modern fetal programming and nutritional science.
- Research Contribution: Co-author whitepapers and research articles that bridge Ayurveda with modern Obstetrics.
- Campus Zoning: Advise the Creative Futurist on the clinical requirements for the Ayurveda & Wellness section of the Guru Vandanam campus.
Required Skillset & Experience
- Medical Background: MD in Ayurveda (Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga) OR an OB-GYN with a deep specialisation in Integrative Medicine/Epigenetics.
- Shastric Proficiency: Ability to interpret classical Ayurvedic texts with clinical precision.
- Modern Integration: Familiarity with WHO Early Childhood Development frameworks and modern maternal-fetal health standards.
- Volunteer Spirit: A deep-seated commitment to the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and a desire to build a legacy without immediate commercial focus.
What You Gain (Incentives)
- Clinical Sovereignty: The opportunity to design a prenatal system from scratch without the constraints of traditional hospital bureaucracy.
- Execution Leadership: A permanent seat on the Council of Guardians with direct influence over the physical campus design.
- Intellectual Legacy: Co-authorship on papers destined for global scientific journals.
- Civilizational Impact: The chance to be the medical architect of a project that "corrects" the foundation of human health.
