    Description

    The Recruiting & Retention Officer is responsible for bringing new members into the squadron and keeping current members engaged, active, and fulfilled. This officer develops outreach strategies, manages onboarding, supports member development, and ensures the squadron maintains a healthy, sustainable membership pipeline. We have a team of 4 Cadets who help with this position that you will be mentoring as well. This is probably one of the most fun teams we have within our squadron!
